Haga Defense has recently shown off their latest offering for the Bren 2 with the new billet aluminum Bren 2 lower receiver that is designed for both 556 and 7.62×39.

This aluminum Bren 2 lower is designed to accept AR-15 pattern trigger groups, grips, magazine releases, and safety selectors.

KEY DETAILS:

  • Will work with both the 762 and 556 versions. 762 requires the use of AR15 762 (x39) magazines.
  • Flared magwell.
  • 7075 Aluminum
  • Hardcoat anodized. (some lowers may be Ceracoted in addition to anodized)
  • The bolt release/hold open control inside of the trigger guard has been removed as it would conflict with AR trigger placement.
  • Factory CZ bolt catch/release assembly and disassembly pin will be reused.
