A few months back CROM USA debuted their latest in their on going series of aftermarket support for the Ruger PC Carbine with their new LOW RISE handguard.
CROM USA states “This LOW rise handguard creates a monolithic top rail system, just forward of the receiver, that allows additional space for sights, optics and accessories.
This system comes with a unique internal “boot” that encapsulates the barrel and makes for an extremely secure mounting system.
The rail is the same height as the receiver top rail, so that users can install their own iron sights for a longer sight radius.”
KEY FEATURES:
– Lightweight Aircraft 6061-T6 extruded Aluminum construction
– Full length rail system to maximize real-estate and protect the barrel from impacts
– Four QD attachment points. Two on each side, at the front and rear ends of the handguard.
– M-LOK® compatible attachments at the 3/6/9 o’clock and at the 45 degree corners
