Volker Precision has announced their support for the FN with the new FN509 Trigger System.

The Volker Precision FN509 trigger system is designed to be a directly replacement of the OEM trigger group system.

A smooth and short uptake, crisp and predictable trigger break with virtually no over-travel, and a short and positive reset.

Mechanical improvements aside, we aimed to make the trigger shoe both visually appealing and physically comfortable, with a slightly curved face that gives an intuitive finger placement.”

Trigger Bar
X- All critical surfaces and pivot points are Wire EDM’d for absolute accuracy and repetability.
X- 3 step polishing ensure smooth operation with zero snag points.
X- Nickel Boron Nitride coated for ultimate wear resistance and a slick, friction free pull.

Sear
X- Made from 440c stainless steel
X- Heat treated to 60Rc for a hard and abrasion resistant sear edge that will last thousands of rounds.
X- Fully machined from bar stock.
X- All critical surfaces and pivot points are Wire EDM’d for accuracy and smoothness.
X- Nickel Boron Nitride coated for the same slick and abrasion resistance as the trigger bar.
