The BDS-X37 is named because (B)last (D)iversion (S)hield (X) RRD-X Compatible (37) 1.375-24 threads.

This blast shield threads directly onto JMac Customs’ RRD-2C X series of muzzle brakes with external threading.

An amazing after-thought feature of the BDS-X37 blast diverter is its wide compatibility with a number of suppressor adapters and mounts.
