POF USA (Patriot Ordnance Factory) announced the roll out of their Revolution upper receivers is two configurations, The Revolution PD and Revolution DI.

The main difference between both variants in the Revolution PD and Revolution DI is the gas system.

The Revolution PD features POF’s proven piston gas system as with the Revolution DI features a direct gas impingement system.

 

REVOLUTION PD SPECIFICATIONS:

BARREL

-5R button-pulled polygonal rifling (superior accuracy and velocity)
-4150 Mil-B-11595, (machine gun rated steel)
-Medium contour
-70 Rockwell case hardened (nitride heat treated)
-5/8×24 threads
-E2 chamber dual extraction technology

OPERATION

-5-Position adjustable short stroke piston system
-Nitride Heat Treated gas block

HANDGUARD

-M-LOK compatible Edge rail
-(4) integrated QD (quick disconnect) sling mounts
-Integrated top and bottom 5 slot picatinny rail section for secure front sight and bi-pod mounting

BOLT CARRIER

-Piston contour High-Phosphate Nickel coated bolt carrier group, designed for easy cleaning, superior lifespan and corrosion resistance
-POF-USA patented Roller Cam Pin upgrade, reduces friction and pre-mature wear within the upper receiver

ADDED VALUE

-Oversized aluminum heat sink barrel nut designed to radiate heat away from the chamber/throat area
