Dark Hour Defense announced the roll out of their new DPMS standard/high pattern compatible handguards. The magnesium Darklite 308 handguards currently are available in 13.5 inches, 15 inches, 16.5 inches, and 18 inches.
Dark Hour Defense States “Manufactured from a blended aluminum & magnesium alloy. Approximately 30% reduction in material weight compared to commonly used 6061 aluminum. Wear layer is a plasma deposition process that provides a tough ceramic-like coating with superior wear resistance compared to anodizing.
