JMAC Customs announced the roll out of their 14.5″ cold hammer forged 5.45x39mm barrels for the AK platform.
JMAC Customs states ” Machined from US made Cold Hammer Forged Blanks and then Nitrided these barrels are the perfect option for a front end upgrade or new build! At a length of 14.625” and 1/2-28 threads these barrels allow you to install our GBC-13 gas block combo and permanently attach either our Facemount RRD-4C Sandman Key-Mo or RRD-4C 556 to achieve and OAL of 16”! This will drastically change the handling of your rifle by reducing weight and shifting the balance rearward. Extractor relief, handguard retainer cuts and gas port are all included, along with a taper on the trunnion end allowing easy alignment for installation. The bore is guranteed to be concentric with the threads at the muzzle. “
