RMS2 announced their new Hopaii ( pronounced Ho-PIE) suppressor which is the first of the Bloodline Series of suppressors from RMS2.
The Hopaii 556 was designed for hard use and abuse, extremely durable, quiet, and low in tone.
RMS2 also states the new HOPII 556 has very little blow-back.
RMS2’s HOPAII 556 suppressor measures 1.5 inches outside diameter with a length of 6.3 inches and weighing in at 14 ounces.
The HOPII 55t6 is full auto rated at 10 inch minimum and sports a direct 1/2x28tpi thread but is also Silencerco ASR and Dead Air Armament KEYMO compatible.
The HOPAII 556 utilizes the patented Omega Baffle design and is machined from Inconel and uses a high-temp stainless steel as the outer tube.
The HOPAII 556 also sports a proprietary high-temp carbon build up reducing internal coating.
RMS2 states using a 16 inch barrel with direct impingement AR-15 with carbine length gas system and using M855 was able to achieve an average 33DB reduction.
