Another industry jobs! Hornady, manufacturer of ammunition and ammunition components and reloading equipment is looking to hire in their engineering department.

Immediate openings for full-time Engineer and Engineering Technician at Hornady Manufacturing. Both positions are part of the Engineering Department which provides design, research & development, product improvements and manufacturing support.

ENGINEER:
Focuses on design work, while problem-solving quality, process and manufacturing issues.

Degreed Mechanical Engineer with 3-5 years of experience, or at least 7 years of experience without degree preferred
Solid Works experience (or minimum of 3D CAD) required
Candidates with initiative (self-starters) preferred
Familiarity with manufacturing environment preferred
Design experience helpful
Experience in hunting/shooting industry helpful
Position located in Grand Island, NE
ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN:
Provides manufacturing support to tools plant on a daily basis.

High mechanical aptitude required.
Prefer certificate or degree in Industrial Technology or Manufacturing Engineering
Prefer 5+ years relevant experience
Tool & Die experience helpful
Familiarity with manufacturing environment required
No design experience necessary
Experience in hunting/shooting industry helpful
Position located in Alda, NE
