Ruger announced their latest 1911 pistol the SR1911 officer-style in .45acp with stainless steel frame.
Ruger designed the SR1911 officer-style 1911 pistol for concealed carry in mind with a shorter 3.60 inch barrel and shortened grip frame.
The SR1911 officer style pistol features a 7+1 capacity magazine, drift adjustable Novak 3-dot sights, deluxe Checkered G10 grip panels.
Ruger’s SR1911 Officer Style pistol also features a bushing-less stainless steel bull barrel designed to provide additional weight at the muzzle for improvement in shot accuracy.
A lightweight skeletonized trigger has been added to reduce weight and adjust over-travel and provide a crisp, no creep, light trigger pull with positive reset.
The SR1911 Officer style also sports a skeletonized hammer and titanium firing pin, oversized beavertail grip safety, integral plunger tube for slide stop and thumb safety that is staked and will not come loose underuse. MSRP of $979.00
