Fortis Manufacturing announced their newest offering, their SWITCH mod 2 rail for the Ar-15 platform.
Currently only available in MLOK, Fortis Manufacturing’s SWITCH mod 2 rail is currently available in 15.3 inches but 9.8 inches, and 13.8 inches are soon to follow.
According the Fortis Manufacturing customer feedback played a large roll in the second generation of the SWITCH mod 2 AR15 rail.
Fortis redesigned the top pic rail with cuts to create open vents to run longer and to run cooler.
Less material eliminates heat build up under the handguard.
MLOK slots have been added to the front of the SWITCH mod 2 for those wishing to run offset light mounts.
Currently, Fortis Manufacturing’s SWITCH mod 2 rail can be exclusively purchased at WING TACTICAL.
