These Alphawolf Glock 42 conversion barrels are chambered in 9×18 Makarov.
Simply a drop in and go barrel are machined from 416 stainless steel and heat treated to RC 40-42 then a SBN ( salt bath nitride ) coating is applied to to raise the rockwell hardness to 60.
These 9×18 Makarov barrels feature button rifling and a three stage honed bore and designed to shoot lead, plated, or jacketed ammunition.
Currently available on non threaded and threaded.

Why not? some people like the Makarov round. Also, when ammo is hard to get, for example during the ” Obama rush” being able to convert to another caliber is a blessing as it opens you up to other available ammo.
