Scalarworks announced their latest offering in their leap mount series of components with the new LEAP/Mag which is a flip to the side mount offering for Aimpoint‘s magnifiers.
Compatible optics include Aimpoint 3X-C, Aimpoint 3XMag, Aimpoint 3XMag-1, Aimpoint 6XMag-1, Most other 30mm tube Magnifiers.
Scalarworks states “Designed for shooters who want the lightest, strongest, and most compact quick-detach magnifier mount possible.
Engineered to be the lightest Magnifier QD mount, without compromising an ounce of strength.
Every Leap Mount is CNC milled from 7075-T6 billet, which has vastly superior mechanical properties to 6061-T6, and is used where ultimate strength and durability outweigh cost considerations.”
