American Defense MFG has announced the roll out of their new Aimpoint T1 and Trijicon MRO mounts in 6-4 aerospace grade titanium American Defense MFG is able to provide a superior product at a competitive price due to their newly acquired investment casting and/or metal injection molding capabilities.
American Defense Manufacturing states “The titanium Aimpoint T1 Co-Witness mount is 41.7% lighter than the standard T1 mount. The titanium cross bolt provides 2X stronger thread pull strength than the standard mount at 1,800 lbs. Titanium also reduces thermal movement throughout extreme temperature changes by roughly 60%. Less zero shift makes titanium an excellent choice for optics and lasers.”
