Cadre Holdings, the parent company of Safariland, has acquired Alien Gear Holsters for $10.3 million through a bankruptcy auction. This acquisition aims to leverage Alien Gear’s direct-to-consumer presence and experienced team, offering potential growth synergies. The deal is anticipated to finalize in the second quarter of 2026, pending approvals.

(NYSE: CDRE) (“Cadre” or “the Company”), a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of safety equipment and other related products for the law enforcement, first responder, military and nuclear markets, today announced that it has agreed to acquire Alien Gear Holsters and certain assets from Tedder Industries, LLC, for $10.3 million through a court-supervised bankruptcy auction.
